THE BIGGER PICTURE
Lehmann has been in England since joining West Ham in 2018, with a move to Aston Villa made in 2021 after taking in a loan spell at Everton. She is now fully adjusted to life a long way from home and has coupled up once more with fellow Villa star Douglas Luiz.

WHAT LEHMANN SAID
Lehmann is also a regular in Germany, as one of the celebrity coaches in the Baller League, and likes to jet all over the world. She has said in a collection of jovial videos on TikTok that address Swiss stereotypes: “Of course I speak like four different languages – so easy!” She went on say, “Of course I never have arguments – what’s the point, I’m neutral” and added on her early morning routine, “I’m Swiss, of course I eat Toblerone for breakfast”.
