WHAT HAPPENED?
According to , both Chelsea and West Ham have reportedly submitted bids to sign Corinthians forward Wesley Gassova this summer. The 19-year-old left winger is considered to be one of the best dribblers in Brazilian domestic football.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The report further claims that the attacker will certainly leave Corinthians this summer, however, he is unlikely to move to the Premier League. Ligue 1 side Nice have been tracking the player for several weeks and have remained in contact with his representatives. It is believed that Gassova might consider moving to France at this stage of his career instead of making a big jump by moving to the Premier League.
